Indigenous Traditional Knowledge of Well-Being
In today’s world, personal well-being seems far away.
Indigenous peoples have been dealing with mental health and personal challenges in a manner which actively deals with the needs of people. This course is moderated by Elder Dr. Winston Wuttunee and his helper Dr. Robert Falcon Ouellette.
What’s Covered in this Course?
This course uses a workplace psychological health and safety approach to provide participants with a safe space to talk about:
1. Misconceptions about happiness
2. Why our expectations are so bad
3. How we can overcome our biases
4. Stuff that really makes us happy
5. Putting strategies into practice

Our courses are suitable for all individuals/employees who are interested in their personal and professional growth. It is especially suitable for workplaces with low or high levels of diversity, wishing to shore up the health and well-being of their employees.

Dr. Robert Falcon Ouellette is from Red Pheasant Cree Nation in Saskatchewan. He is a dedicated community organizer and educator.
Dr. Elder Winston Wuttunee a household name in the Canadian Music industry since 1973, Elder Winston Wuttunee, from Red Pheasant Cree Nation, has performed across North America as well as Europe and Australia as a singer, keynote speaker, and comedian and an educator.
