The Managing (Un)conscious Bias course was created to provide Coaches and Trainers with practical, current, and relevant tools and strategies to help move clients closer to realizing their priorities where diversity, equity and inclusion are concerned.

The Managing (Un)conscious Bias course is an essential resource for Coaches and Trainers looking to work with organizations and or individual clients in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
This 40-hour course delivered over two months provides 32 hours of synchronous learning coupled with 8 hours of asynchronous learning.
The sensitive nature of (Un)conscious Bias requires Coaches to be adept at implementing the eleven core coaching competencies as defined by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
A safe and supportive space is created and maintained for Coaches to gain knowledge and learn about bias, as well as practice using powerful coaching communication tools.
