Pathways To Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion
A Program To Build Anti-Oppressive & Anti-Racist Organizational Structures
Current global events have forced many of us to re-evaluate our actions. Many organizations have expressed the need for sustainable strategies to deal with important and sensitive topics such as diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Many well-intentioned organizations perform poorly when it comes to inclusion. They get diversity, but for multiple reasons fail to address important factors such as their hiring, onboarding, and retention practices through a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens. The Pathways Program is for organizations looking for practical ways to support their employees during difficult and challenging times of change, especially within current global climate.
With 5 distinct modules, each building on the other, organizations using the Pathways Program are able to assess, implement and evaluate their organizations' diversity, equity, and inclusion statuses. This Program is for organizations with a deep commitment to building anti-oppressive and anti-racist structures within their enterprises. It is designed to help create workplaces for the purpose of ensuring their employees, customers and shareholders all experience a psychologically safe and healthy workplace.
