The 4 pillars of Potential are described as the mental, emotional, spiritual and physical pillars. This course will show participants how 6 common fears,especially during challenging times, erode the health of these pillars. When this happens, we move further away from our authentic selves and consequently derail our opportunity to live, work and play to our ultimate potential. This results in behaviors such as blaming, stereotyping, and shunning those we think are responsible for our circumstances. These actions are signals for a number of internal conflicts brought about by uncertainty and unfamiliarity of certain situations and people,in addition to a sense of not feeling grounded in the comfort of the familiar.
