Before bringing in an equity, diversity, inclusion, and decolonization(EDID) consultant, the first step is you may want to seriously think about whether your organization is ready for EDID work. If you think that as an organization, you could do even more great work if work teams and co-workers get along better with each other, you could be right. This workshop is intended to be a step in the direction of laying a foundation for stronger co-workers and work teams.
