Hiring For 21st-Century Workplaces
This session engages participants in a candid and expertly coached conversation about the visible and invisible aspects of diversity and identities. Participants are introduced to the Diversity Grid and are gently invited to reflect on the role (un)conscious bias plays in shaping their organizational makeup and leadership structure. Diversity is addressed from the perspective of recruitment, interview, hiring, onboarding, retention, and departure of an employee.
